Driven by creativity and connecting people, Annemieke de Keijzer is Argenta’s Global Head of Communications and Marketing. Annemieke spent most of her youth on the back of a horse and worked on a family-operated dairy farm, which has sparked her passion for a career in animal health.
Annemieke's first role in the animal health industry was in sales for Intervet, since acquired by Merck Animal Health. She remained with the company for 13 years in various global marketing and communication-related roles in the Netherlands and the US, mainly focused on social and digital media. Her degrees are in Animal Science (InHolland University of Applied Sciences, Delft, The Netherlands) and Marketing. Prior to joining Argenta, she worked in consulting and communication strategy roles for both her own business, MikiMedia, and for the global direct and digital marketing agency MRM//McCann.
