Peter is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specialising in sterile fill-finish operations. He has held senior roles at Pfizer, Bayer, Grifols, and Patheon (Thermo Fisher), where he led multiple CDMO sites internationally. Peter’s leadership style is rooted in operational excellence, GMP compliance, and building high-performing, collaborative teams - making him the ideal fit for both Argenta and the Shawnee team.
Known for his operational discipline, and ability to solve complex challenges, Peter leads Argenta’s manufacturing, supply, and technical operations with a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and customer delivery.
