A strategic and commercially minded legal leader, Sara is Argenta’s Global Head of Legal, bringing deep experience in legal strategy, risk management, and governance to support the organisation’s long-term growth. Her career spans senior roles across high-growth, technology-enabled businesses, where she has built legal functions from the ground up and advised executive teams through periods of significant transformation.
Before joining Argenta, Sara was Fractional General Counsel at Elder, the UK’s largest home-care marketplace, where she advised the Executive Board on commercial, operational, and regulatory strategy, strengthening the organisation’s Safety and Trust framework. Prior to this, she served as Head of Legal, Risk, Compliance & Safeguarding at MyTutor, establishing the company’s legal capability and embedding best-practice compliance and risk frameworks across the business.
Sara previously held a senior executive role at Dayinsure, leading Legal, HR, Risk, and Customer Services through business expansion and acquisition, and earlier spent nine years at Weightmans advising multinational insurers, local authorities, and police clients across a range of commercial and regulatory matters. Known for her clarity, judgement, and pragmatic approach, Sara partners closely with senior leaders to navigate complexity and ensure strong, scalable governance at Argenta.
